While overseeing your claim from the initial reporting to the final claim payment, the goal of our team is to be your advisor and guide you through the entire claims process.
Below are just some of the things we will do for you:
- Provide 24-hour, 365-day availability should an emergency occur;
- Gather the necessary information and report the claim directly to your carrier;
- Serve as a liaison between you and other involved parties to facilitate a fast claims settlement
- Perform concierge tasks such as arranging emergency remediation services, recommending auto repair facilities, assisting in reserving specific car rentals, etc.
- Provide third-party claims guidance and settlement strategies to prevent minor incidents from negatively impacting your claims history
